A Ranch for the love of horses
When HHH Ranch was purchased, before the arena was erected, the stalls in place, or the fencing set into paddocks, it was a beautiful piece of wooded land on the west side of Jacksonville, FL. Little by little, trees were removed, land cleared, fences put up and the 25 acres transformed into a working ranch. The owners, Ray and Melanie Taglione settled in. Ray was a true cowboy, competing in team penning and reining mostly.
Melanie enjoyed teaching others to ride and eventually took on students. She instructed them on several disciplines, but she fell in love with western dressage.

Even though many of HHH Ranch students both youth and adult amateur have won multiple awards, the ranch is still looking to instill the love of equine care.
Most days you will find Ms Mel, leaning on the gate, giving instructions to a rider, doing what she has a passion for.
